Tasks

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products and shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic, operational, and cross-functional tasks to ensure the seamless execution of our product vision. You will collaborate closely with the CTO, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Work closely with the CTO to refine and execute the product strategy. Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals. Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and industry advancements to inform the product roadmap.
  2. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with the CTO to implement high-level technical ideas and concepts into actionable plans. Bridge the gap between technical expertise and product development to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Agile Methodologies Implementation: Implement and manage agile methodologies to facilitate efficient product development cycles. Drive the adoption of agile practices within the product team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Product Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day product operations and ensure the product team's alignment with the established roadmap. Prioritize and allocate resources to achieve timely and successful product releases.
  5. KPI Definition and Data-driven Decisions: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance. Utilize data analysis to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize product features and user experiences.
  6. User Feedback and Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and gather user feedback to identify market trends, user needs, and pain points. Champion a customer-centric approach by regularly seeking user feedback to inform product improvements.
  7. Requirements Gathering and Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into clear user stories. Prioritize features based on strategic objectives, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  8. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Coordinate and lead product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Develop go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and success in the market.
  9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align product efforts with overall business goals. Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  10. Team Building and Management: As the team grows, you will have the opportunity to build, manage, and mentor a team of Product Engineers and Designers. Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Leadership and team management experience to effectively build and lead a product team.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, strategies, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to tackle complex product challenges and market opportunities.
  • Empathy for user needs to drive customer-centric product development and improvements.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach to leverage insights for product optimization.
  • Product management experience in startups, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and improvements.
  • Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with the CTO and technical teams.
  • UX understanding to deliver intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies to drive efficient and iterative product development.
  • Project management expertise to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Data analysis skills to interpret and draw meaningful conclusions from product-related data.
  • Understanding of business metrics and KPIs to measure product success and impact on the company.
  • Market and industry knowledge to stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings.
