We’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our early team based in the heart of Munich. As one of our first employees you will become an integral part of our team which is driven by entrepreneurial spirit, personal growth and a collaborative working environment.

You’ll be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with ticketbro and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Furthermore you’ll provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the ticketbro product.

  • Act as a business coach and think about the merchants business holistically when offering solutions.
  • Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction.
  • Engaging in human conversations with merchants to identify and resolve issues, and provide coaching/growth opportunities for their businesses.
  • Offer needs-based solutions, not pushy sales.


  • Excellent communication skills in English and German. Every other language is a plus
  • Willing to go above and beyond for the customers and foster strong relationships
  • Willingness to learn all about entrepreneurship, care deeply about supporting people and enjoy having genuine human conversations.
  • Having a customer first mentality and always be learning
  • Call-centre, customer service, inventory management, and/or exposure to running a business or being an entrepreneur.
  • Troubleshooting or involvement with Point of Sale hardware.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
