We’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our early team based in the heart of Munich. As one of our first employees you will become an integral part of our team which is driven by entrepreneurial spirit, personal growth and a collaborative working environment.
You’ll be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with ticketbro and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Furthermore you’ll provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the ticketbro product.
