Impact intern Impact report & digital channels
Are you ready to use your skills and experience to develop TSC’s first impact report and progress the digital presence of The Seaweed Company? The Seaweed Company has been founded in 2018 and specializes in the development of high-end value products for humans, animals and plants and the standardized production of traceable and sustainable seaweed species globally. Our prime area of focus is contributing to the transition to regenerative agriculture and sustainable diets for human health & wellbeing. The Seaweed Company has own seaweed farms in Ireland, India, Morocco and The Netherlands.
Tasks
We are looking for an intern ready to make our impact even more tangible. You are part of the Marketing team and will coordinating the development of TSC’s impact report 2023. This will be combined with responsibilities to boost TSC’s digital presence through its website. Over the past period, a steady marketing foundation has been created and we’re seeking an enthusiast that would like to add his/her creativity to it to boost our impact!
Who are you:
- You have relevant conceptual & analytical skills and a drive to develop impactful communications
- Experience in creating/publishing content, communicating impact, managing & optimizing digital channels (e.g. website / SEO)
- You are a self-starter, can work independently and have a curious mindset
- Strong interest in sustainability, nature-based solutions; curious about seaweeds
- You like to work in a dynamic and international start/scale up organization
What will you do:
- Develop TSC’s first-ever impact report (publishing early 2024), in terms of content as well as presentation (in cooperation with TSC subject matter experts)
- Work together with TSC business development teams and subject matter experts to improving our TSC website and digital presence
Requirements
- Experience in communication. Have writing experience and a portfolio that you can share
- Available for a period 4-6 months for 3-4 days per week. Start flexible / September 2023.
- Based in The Netherlands
- A good command of the English language and preferably Dutch
- Analytic, conceptual and creative mindset
- Can be combined with graduation thesis
