Impact intern Creative marketing
Unique opportunity for an enthusiastic intern who likes to applies his/her marketing, content writing & social media skills to one of the most sustainable nature based impact solutions of the moment. You’ll get the opportunity to learn big time and be part of our seaweed impact journey. Location: Netherlands Hoofddorp / Schiedam – hybrid working.
The Seaweed Company has been founded in 2018 and specializes in the development of high-end value products for humans, animals and plants and the standardized production of traceable and sustainable seaweed species globally. Our prime area of focus is contributing to the transition to sustainable agriculture and sustainable diets for human health & wellbeing. The Seaweed Company has own seaweed farms in Ireland, India, Morocco and The Netherlands.
Tasks
We are looking for:
A creative digital marketing intern that would like to make an impact. You are part of the Marketing team and will amongst others develop content that can be used in a variety of our communication & marketing channels. Over the past period, a steady marketing foundation has been created and we’re seeking an enthusiast that would like to add his/her creativity to it to boost our impact!
Who are you:
- You have relevant (digital) marketing and/or creative skills in the field of content marketing
- You are a self-starter, can work independently and have a curious mindset
- Flexible and interested in a broad spectrum of tasks
- Strong interest in sustainability, nature-based solutions; curious about seaweeds
- You like to work in a dynamic and international start/scale up organization
What will you do:
- Develop (creative) content (texts, graphics, articles, flyers, blogs) for the target audiences of The Seaweed Company’s solutions
- Work together with the product specialists and subject matter experts to translate the insights and knowledge into impactful content
- You will be closely working with the Marketing and Business Development teams
Requirements
- Experience in (creative) marketing. Have experience and a portfolio that you can share
- Based in The Netherlands
- Available for a period 4-6 months for 3-4 days per week. Start June/July 2023
- A good command of the English language and preferably Dutch
- Always have a lot of creative ideas
