We are expanding our Sales team and looking for an APAC Area Sales Manager, a key role in leading and managing sales activities in a specific geographic area or market segment. The main objective is to drive sales growth, meet TECNIC's targets, and work closely with the Sales team and other functional areas to develop strategies and implement plans.

Tareas
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on strategic sales plans for the assigned area, identifying market opportunities, setting objectives, and defining strategies to achieve them.
- Client Development & Account Management: Actively identify and develop relationships with key clients. Work closely with the sales team to manage strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and monitor competition to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use these insights to adjust sales strategies and develop effective approaches to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Sales Planning & Budgeting: Participate in sales planning and budgeting for the assigned area. Track key performance indicators and analyse results to ensure target achievement.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and adherence to deadlines and requirements.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Sales or commercial-related studies are highly valued.
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector. Knowledge of biotechnology, bioreactors, and/or bioprocesses is essential.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
