Cloud Native Java Developer (m/f/d)

We are tech11! Our goal is to open new possibilities for the insurance industry (P&C) with the tech11 Insurance Platform.

Together with you as a Cloud Native Java Developer we want to advance the backend of our innovative product in an agile team. Remote work is not a challenge for us - you can work for us from any location as long as you are in a similar time zone (Germany +/-2h).

At tech11, your job description as a Cloud Native Java Developer is designed to allow you to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.

• Develop, discuss and take responsibility for solution designs
• Product development based on latest technologies
• Development of microservices on Quarkus
• Project work: IT consulting, system integration
• Acquisition of expertise in the insurance IT industry

• Very good knowledge of JAVA EE / Jakarta EE (JPA, CDI, EJB, JAX-RS)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/7)
• Experience with different open-source frameworks, testing and DevOps tools
• Good knowledge of relational databases
• Ideally: Basic knowledge of BPMN (Camunda BPM)
• Experience in REST architectures and microservices
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Strong technology focus
• Code Quality awareness
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High motivation & personal initiative
