## Tasks

**Your Role**  
Starting **in January for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards**, you’ll support our medical team with key administrative and operations tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

**What You’ll Do**

*   Provide solutions to clients or leads reaching out to us
*   Coordinate with laboratories and healthcare partners
*   Manage lab orders, prescriptions and lab results
*   Handle no-shows and appointment planning
*   Organising medical files (HIN)
*   Support billing and general admin
*   Support the followup consultations 
*   Improve operational processes ensuring a smooth workflow between the key stakeholders

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

*   Experience in (medical) administration or similar experience (in progress or completed)
*   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*   Tech-savvy (HIN, online scheduling, CRM software etc.)
*   Reliable and discreet with sensitive health data
*   A true ambitious team player with a sky-is-the-limit mindset
*   Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
