We are currently looking for a Corporate Office Administrator to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.

Tasks

  • Coordinates and manages appointments, meetings and conference room schedule for the CEO of Singapore and the team
  • Makes travel arrangements for the CEO and the team
  • Supports HR and administrative procedures including onboarding/offboarding, fixed asset management (laptop), access cards etc.
  • Supports Finance processes including data entry into designated expense software and expenses claims
  • General office management and coordinates office activities
  • Purchases and oversees maintenance of office supplies and equipments
  • Maintain files and databases related to the company’s operations
  • Provide any other administration support as and when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of diary management for senior staff
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
  • Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and has experience in using softwares to automate tasks eg. Quickbooks, Xero, Docusign,
    BambooHR
  • Minimum Diploma certification in Business, Finance or a related field
