Revenue Operations Manager | RevOps (f/m/d)

As our Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d) at Superchat, you will be the driving force behind streamlining processes and automating tasks across our Go-To-Market teams. By optimizing our operations, you are all about boosting revenue and making things run smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

  • You spot inefficiencies across all GTM teams, from marketing to customer success, and implement and streamline highly automated processes to increase the company’s overall efficiency
  • You own and constantly optimize and evaluate the current tool stack, creating a clear structure for how teams work with the tools
  • You establish a continuous flow of information between all GTM teams, ensuring efficient communication and smooth handovers, so no information gets lost
  • You lead data-driven special projects across departments to test initiatives like reducing sales ramp-up time and increasing customer retention

About you:

You can be anything! Diverse backgrounds are very welcome. What matters is that:

  • You have an urge to fix things and can't tolerate inefficient manual processes
  • You have the ability to quickly find and understand new tools for different use cases, from data analytics (e.g., Amplitude) to sales enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo or Clearbit)
  • You always apply a data-driven approach to problem-solving and you have basic knowledge of product and project management skills
  • You ideally have experience with automations and no/low code tools and possess a strong business understanding
  • You are fluent in English
