Senior Consultants/Project Managers in Vienna, Austria

• Join a diverse and international team working with the top management of our clients
• Drive the development of (digitalization) strategies to help our clients meet industry challenges
• Assume responsibility for projects across Europe and beyond
• Represent StepChange Consulting at client management and international conferences
• Develop client business and relationships

• Outstanding academic and professional track record
• Technical and engineering degrees highly welcome
• Experience in top tier management or industry consulting
• Strong leadership, language, communication and interpersonal skills
• Functional expertise in manufacturing operations (paper & packaging)
• Successful management and delivery of international projects
• Highly motivated with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• EU work permit
