Trainer - Java BackEnd Engineering (m/w/d)

**We are looking for Teachers in Java BackEnd Engineering to teach and be responsible for our full-time 'Women in Tech' talent accelerator program with a European Tech Partner of ours in Berlin.

👉 We are looking for experienced trainers who would like to share their skills with our students in this unique format.

With each class comprising 15-20 eager minds for a dedicated 6-month period, your role will be to ignite their curiosity and fuel their learning journey.

All classes will be conducted in English and will take place face-to-face in the dynamic city of Berlin. But teaching forms just one part of this dynamic role. We want you to be a mentor, a role model, an inspirer. Your mission will be to empower our students, propelling them towards their dream jobs in the tech industry.

• Fluent in English.
• Berlin-based.
• Previous experience with teaching, mentorship or tutoring.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry as a backend developer.
• A degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science).
• An impressive portfolio or GitHub account.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry.
• Enthusiasm to welcome others to the digital field, and to share your own experiences both as a student and working professional.
• Willingness to work with students from beginner level onwards.
