Tasks

  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Tik Tok and YouTube.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyse campaign data, track attribution, and use insights for budget allocation and channel optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders about campaign results.
  • Audience Testing: Research and test different audience segments to improve campaign targeting.
  • Content Alignment: Ensure that paid content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Strategy: You'll dive deeply into our target audiences, keep an eye on the competition, and identify trends for all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2C performance marketing, with a focus on Meta, Google Search, Tik Tok, and YouTube advertising. Ideally in a tech or educatin start-up.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and derive insights. You are excellent at data-driven decision-making
  • Budget Management: Competency in allocating and optimising advertising budgets.
  • Copywriting: Experience in writing compelling advertising copy.
  • Tracking and Attribution: Proficiency in methods to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Expert level in both English & German.
