Our embeddable API powers precise carbon calculations for all types of activity (e.g. flights, car rides, hotel stays…) according to national and international standards, and streamlines carbon compensation with real impact thanks to our network of climate partners developing carbon removal or avoidance solutions.

YOUR MISSION

At SQUAKE, you will take full ownership of growing our client base to participate in SQUAKE's growth. As we are expanding with further services and tools, you will have the chance to support our mission to enable sustainable travel and logistics through various work packages. On this journey, you will be guided by your mentor and supported by the SQUAKE team.

YOUR ROLE

• Help to drive our B2B partnerships forward and build strong relations with travel and logistics industry leaders
• You will work closely together with our customers and support them on their sustainability journey
• Gather customer insights to derive strategic actions for our product development, marketing and future growth areas
• Identify potential partners and customers
• Drive sales processes from prospects to implementation
• Support the partnerships team with global RFPs and a growing client base
• Work closely with our management team as well as our industry and climate partners
• Gain insights and expert knowledge on sustainable solutions for global players and their stakeholders
• Support in working attentively towards OKRs and KPIs
• Conduct sales meetings (virtually and on-site) and outbound activities
• Help developing a sales strategy for our markets

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

• You gained several years of work experience in sales and/or customer support
• You are motivated to crack the nut and you do not give up until you reach your goal
• You are self-critical and able to deal constructively with feedback
• You are interested in sustainability and follow the latest sustainability trends and update
• You have excellent German & English written and verbal communication skills
• You have strong analytical and administrative skills
• You pay attention to detail and are empathetic
• Your time management game and ability to prioritize are strong
• You are an absolute team player, but also have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working independently
• Demonstrate reliability and communicate constructively on all levels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or business-related field
• Work experience in the climate-tech ecosystem or travel industry
