SQUAKE's SUPPLY - YOUR MISSION

SQUAKE's supply partners are key for the compensation and reduction offering of carbon emissions. Selecting the right partners, establishing strong relationships and expanding business operations will be your core responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Expand the approach strategy of supply partners in the voluntary carbon markets
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing partnerships with SQUAKE's suppliers
• Expand the portfolio and network of supply partners. From nature-based to tech-based compensation projects, all around the world. based compensation projects, all around the world.
• Become the internal advocate for of supply partners. From nature-based to tech based compensation projects, all around the world.
• Operationalize the above systematically with proven methodologies and tools for your team to scale.

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

• Master’s degree in business-related fields, with a preference for Economics and/or Business Administration
• A minimum of 4 / 5 years of experience in sustainability/ climate-related fields or adjacent industries working directly with clients and partners at a public company, consulting firm or start-up.
• You have proven to be a problem-solving rocket, resolving complexity and breaking large problems down into manageable pieces
• Your communication skills are exceptional. Whether this is in internal meetings to explain complex topics or handling partners in tough negotiations.
• You are familiar with a typical account management setting, managing several high stake partners simultaneously.
• English language business fluent
