YOUR MISSION

At SQUAKE, you will take full ownership of developing and implementing the financial controlling system. You will work closely with the founders to manage key stake- and shareholders of SQUAKE to bring the company to the next level.

Throughout all your work, you will be working closely with the CEO and team internally and external organizations (such as banks, tax offices, and authorities, etc.).

Your Responsibilities:

• Steering of business and financial performance of SQUAKE's platform and business streams
• Coordination & consolidation of the monthly & quarterly management and shareholder reporting
• Responsible for correspondance with tax office and SQUAKE's accounting FTE
• Coordination & consolidation of the planning & forecasting process
• Implementation and optimization of controlling standards & software
• Ad-hoc reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

• Master’s degree in business related fields, with a preference for Finance & Accounting topics
• 4 years+ professional experience in a finance role
• Entrepreneurial thinking, challenging mind set and process improvement/optimization mentality
• Ability to adapt & be reactive in a fast-moving work environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize needs 
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transport complex issues to different stakeholders
• English language business fluent
• Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character.
