At SQUAKE, we support companies to reach their goals on the way towards operating CO2 neutral. Our focus is to decarbonize the mobility sector and foster sustainably operating businesses in travel and logistics, serving Lufthansa Cargo, BizAway and many more key players in the market already.

Tasks

YOUR MISSION

Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to build relationships with our customers, identify new ones, and understand their challenges. You will be the first point of contact betweeen SQUAKE and our customers, helping them to start their journey to net-zero.

This position is available from 2023 onwards.

THE ROLE

  • Work closely with the BD and sales leads to identify new business sectors to target and align on on prospecting strategy.
  • Build lists of target prospects, create and execute the outreach strategy (i.e. campaign content, follow up sequence, objection handling).
  • Conduct market research to uncover needs within each industry vertical or business segment.
  • Launch high impact campaigns to entice prospective clients to meet with you.
  • Qualify leads to uncover business objectives and needs.
  • Facilitate a positive, customer-obsessed experience throughout all team and customer collaborations.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a rapidly scaling B2B organization or top consulting firm
  • Proven track record in analysing, concepting and implementing projects in a complex business environment with multiple stakeholders
  • You are experienced with sales and stakeholder management
  • You are motivated to crack the nut and you do not give up until you reach your goal
  • You are self-critical and able to deal constructively with feedback
  • German and English spoken fluently
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree in business or related fields
  • Work experience in the climate-tech ecosystem
