YOUR MISSION

As a (Senior) Growth Manager your mission is to become the engine of growth for SQUAKE. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to understand prospects' problems so well that you can efficiently convert them into customers and pave the way for SQUAKE’s rapid growth ambitions.

The position is available form 2023 onwards.

Tasks

What you’ll do

  • Become the driver of SQUAKE’s organizsational growth
  • Identify opportunities, perspectives and priorities in the field of carbon reporting, carbon offsetting and sustainability
  • Manage OKRs and KPIs in the field of strategy
  • Work closely together with the sales and strategy department
  • Respond to client needs at high speed and turn them into revenues, based on your customer insights
  • Stay involved and frequently step back from customer conversations, identifying ways and patterns on where to pivot if necessary.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in a rapidly scaling B2B sales organization.
  • Outstanding track record in previous sales roles
  • Experienced in setting up the tooling and methodology for an efficient sales process.
  • You are motivated to crack the nut and you do not give up until you reach your goal.
  • You are self-critical and able to deal constructively with feedback.
  • You speak German and English fluently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a rapidly scaling B2B sales organization.
  • Work experience in the climate-tech ecosystem
