We are looking for self-motivated salespeople with a passion for Real Estate to manage the complete process of listing and selling properties in Valencia and its surroundings, advising both sellers and buyers

Tareas

Tasks:

  • Search and list properties in the Valencia area.
  • Manage and contact leads, mostly international, as well as generate your own leads, creating your own portfolio of clients.
  • Perform market analysis to estimate the value of the property.
  • Direct contact both with the owner to advertise their property and with the client to arrange viewings.
  • Show properties and follow up with potential buyers.- Maintain an updated list of available properties and provide feedback after each visit in the CRM.

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Availability to be self-employed (autónomo)
  • To have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate sales.
  • You are passionate about sales and the Real Estate sector.
  • You are proactive, dynamic and like to work in dynamic and flexible environments.
  • You enjoy working in an autonomous way, and you have a clear orientation to objectives and results.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish, and preferably also French/Dutch.

Candidates must have a car and must live in the Valencia area.
