Slowness is a collective of People, Places and Projects that reframe the way we live, work and interact. Drawing insights from regenerative agriculture, adaptive reuse and the slow movement, we are currently developing places around the world that offer a deeper, more conscious and collaborative form of hospitality.

The places include our Berlin flagship campus Flussbad on the Spree riverside, where we recently opened the semi-subterranean performance space- Reethaus, inspired by ancient temples. We are currently in different stages of developing several other places, including a countryside retreat in the Uckermark region, a health-centered Hotel at lake Tegernsee, such as a hotel, a beach restaurant and a farm in Portugal.

With the further development and growth of the Slow Places, a membership program will offer individuals privileged access to people, places, and projects that make up our brand. To develop this program further, we are looking for an experienced CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to join our Berlin office who is responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as well as leading and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. They will play a critical role in developing and managing customer relationships and digital marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for crafting strategies that build, grow and enhance member engagement, loyalty, and brand awareness


  • Lead the set-up of our CRM system, leverage it, and manage it across all teams and areas within the organization.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Create and distribute detailed briefings for the creative team, ensuring a clear understanding of campaign objectives and member insights to develop compelling content.
  • Lead the creative team’s briefing sessions, discussing new campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the CRM objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and project leads for seamless integration and communication.
  • Analyze CRM data and campaign performance, collecting insights, and defining actionable recommendations to continuously improve customer engagement, retention and growth.
  • Manage budgets for CRM and digital marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to develop strategies that align CRM and digital marketing efforts with overall organizational objectives.
  • Train colleagues on CRM best practices and ensure consistent usage.


  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software/tech and database management.
  • Familiarity in the fields of digital marketing, growth, and e-commerce.
  • Practice in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
