We are expanding our **freelance talent pool** and are looking for experienced experts to join us as **Research & Development, Quality & Operations Consultant**. The role requires proven experience in **IT service or application management within manufacturing environments**, combined with expertise in **PLM/PDM systems, R&D IT, Quality systems, or Smart Factory IT operations**.

## Requirements

**IT Service / Application Management**

*   Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in IT service or application management
*   Hands-on experience in **manufacturing or production environments**

**Domain Expertise** (at least one of the following):

*   **R&D (CAD/CAE) IT systems**
*   **PDM/PLM solutions (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP PLM)**
*   **Quality management systems / Quality IT operations**
*   **Smart Factory IT operations**

**Service Management & Governance**

*   Proven track record in **vendor management**
*   Ability to establish and oversee **service governance processes**
*   Knowledge of **ITIL / Service Delivery / Service Operations**

**Technology & Tools**

*   Experience with **PLM/PDM platforms** (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP PLM)
*   Understanding of **CAD integration** or related R&D IT tools is a plus
*   Familiarity with **low-code platforms (Mendix preferred)**
*   General knowledge of IT project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint)
