Senior sales manager (Fintech) (Remote)

A rapidly developing FinTech company, with a no corporate bs approach, is looking for fresh new talent to join our amazing sales and marketing team and take the lead in handling sales operations in the LatAm market. We expect you to have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, being able to set up S2S tracking as well as deal with API integration.


Supervise the activities performed in LatAm, maximize the potential of the sales team, establish sales plans, and justify these plans to superior management. Main daily tasks are:

  • Manage the existing partners
  • Recruit new partners
  • Manage the onboarding process


  • Good command of English and Spanish language is a must
  • Track record in Digital Sales / Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience with various CRM's
  • Knowledge of sales operations
  • Knowledge of S2S tracking
  • Knowledge of the FinTech is a plus
  • Another language is a plus


The job is fully remote and very flexible with your schedule. Just do the hours, get the job done and get paid. No corporate BS. Ever!
