Sales Internship, Affiliate Marketing & FinTech

Join our team as an Intern in the Sales department and gain hands-on experience in building strong and lost lasting partnerships, in negotiation and in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies for our clients across the world.

This internship will provide you with valuable knowledge in sales strategies, affiliate marketing, and data analysis. You will collaborate closely with our amazing distributed teams, assisting in identifying and recruiting new partners, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work with a great team, driving business forward, while learning essential skills for your future career.

• Assist the team in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies;
• Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners;
• Help monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns;
• Help manage relationships with the affiliate partners;
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement in affiliate marketing efforts.

• Fluent English;
• Russian and Spanish (BIG plus);
• Working towards a university degree in business administration and/or finance;
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies (nice to have);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting;
• Excited about sales;
• Keen to learn and to develop skills further.
