We are SEARADAR, a sailing boat rental startup that operates in Europe and UK. We focus on sailors and want to provide them not just yachts, but also support in organizing trips. We are actively growing and are looking for people who have to join our team.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Manage document management tasks, including collecting invoices for both external and internal payments.
  • Plan budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Preparation of management reporting
  • Building investment models and financial plans.
  • Management of payments, receivables and payables
  • Generate comprehensive reports for 2 legal entities (Lithuania and Portugal) and all counterparties.
  • Management of a team ( of 2 people)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English with experience in document management.
  • Financial education and experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience in report generation and payment processing in Europe.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles (certification is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management skills are desirable.
