Our goal is clearly defined: We link service providers with customers through our platform, while ensuring fair, transparent, and fast access to professional experts.

We have already successfully established ourselves in private households and small businesses. Now it is time to apply our service to the B2B market. As a Business Development Manager you will build up our B2B branch, acquire and maintain large contract customers, while continuously improving our product together with other project teams.


  • Drive the customer acquisition strategy for a new line of business
  • Develop new contract customer relationships through various channels, such as outreach, networking and keeping up to date with key associations across the industry
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve our product
  • Identify and onboard strong potential partners in the industry that the business can collaborate with, with the aim of delivering positive commercial results
  • Work closely with other cross-functional team members to turn customer needs into a fantastic customer experience that will lead to repeat business
  • Negotiate contracts with new customers
  • Manage and improve acquisition pipelines aided by CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot


  • 4 years of experience in business development, B2B / B2C sales, partnership management or other relevant fields
  • Native German speaking proficiency and very good English Skills
  • Strategic view: seeing the whole picture and long-term opportunities
  • Analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into product features including fact and relevance check
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, analytical tools, such as Excel or Tableau and presentation tools
  • Experience in the real estate or insurance industry is a plus but not required
