We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive for MD, VA, DC to join our team at Robo Wunderkind. We have a huge opportunity ahead of us to continue innovating at the intersection of robotics, coding, and education, and to grow our users' community. We are a team of 20 people, 10 nationalities, ambitious and passionate about what we are doing. We have a very positive and welcoming company culture: we love what we do and we love working together. We are looking for team members who are ambitious, motivated, and have a track record of over-achieving and exceeding targets.
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new sales, retention, and expansion of the existing customer base through premium customer success management at the school level as well as strategic communication at the district level.
The perfect candidate for this role will be a high-energy team player that brings positivity, sales strategy, and self-motivation to the team. This person will also possess a proven track record of successfully meeting revenue targets selling to a variety of decision-makers in K-12. They will need to possess an understanding of the school budget cycle, demonstrate the ability to work school-to-school sales, as well as how to develop and execute a strategy to win district-wide business. They will also have strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A successful candidate must be willing to begin employment on February 1 and be ready to engage an active customer base.
