UX/UI Designer - Berlin or remote

As a UX/UI Designer, you will help us and our customers with the conceptual and visual design of their applications.

• Creation and implementation of user interfaces for different products and solutions
• Development of intuitive UX/UI concepts from business requirements of our customers in coordination with the product management
• Conception of new projects (landing pages, web and mobile applications) using wireframes, mockups and prototypes
• Continuous graphical support and improvement of websites and/or products
• Creation of online and offline advertising materials
• Development and setup of design systems
• Design research activities

Must have:

• 5+ years of practical experience in UX/UI design
• Design education, studies in the field of design
• Good knowledge of UI frameworks such as iOS Human Interface Guidelines or Google Material Design
• Working experience with agile methods such as Lean UX
• Very good knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma or InVision

Beneficial:

• Basic understanding of XHTML, CSS & JS, usability, web design guidelines (W3C)
• Good understanding of user behavior and user needs, consistent consideration of the user perspective
• Interested in investing and personal wealth management
• Knowledge of financial products and the stock market

Soft skills:

• Independent and result-oriented way of working
• Great commitment and high motivation to develop new ideas
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Have the ability to take on complex problems, learn quickly, and persist towards a good solution

Language skills:

• Business fluent in English
• German is a plus
