Relocify is a fast-growing tech startup based in the Netherlands. Using our app, expats and locals can easily find long-term properties, view them virtually from their phones, and sign contracts online. We work with small and big Dutch companies and help their new international employees with housing.

To meet growing demand on the market we are looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our team and help us simplify housing in the Netherlands.

Tasks

  • Onboarding customers and act as a main point of contact providing support, information, and guidance
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to increase loyalty, reducing churn
  • Up-sell customers with additional products and services

Requirements

  • You are a swift and fluent communicator in English
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Work experience in real estate is a huge plus
  • Being fluent in other European languages is a plus
