SUPPORT AGENT

You will take responsibility for the following topics with a lot of energy, routine, and doer qualities:

• Provide exceptional and prompt written customer support.
• Summarize and report issues users encounter to the tech team
• Gather user feedback for the development of future features

What do you need for this job?

• You must be fluent in at least two of these 4 languages:
• English, German, Italian, or Spanish
• Have clear and efficient written communication skills
• Be customer oriented
• First experience in end-user support
• High affinity for Bitcoin
