Working Student - Operations & Logistics (German Speaking)

We are looking for a Working Student to support our Logistics & Operations department.

This position is ideal for candidates with an interest in technology startups, operations and project management. Additional points if you have already previous experience or studies in logistics, operations or project management.

You will be working directly with our Operations Manager in the planning and execution of multiple tasks and projects in our warehouse, logistics and operations.

• Supporting the Operations Team in the documentation and Project Management of the existing projects.
• Supporting the training and onboarding of new team employees on our operations, processes and software in our Warehouses.
• Support the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for our operations and logistics.
• Contribute to the creation and tracking of KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Supporting the purchase of equipment, supplies and services for the different departments.
• Supporting and troubleshooting current ongoing projects in the operations department.

• Languages: German (Full Working Proficiency/Native) and English (Advanced/Native), additional languages are a plus.
• Technology affine with knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, BI Tools, Project Management Tools, Warehouse Management Systems, ERP Systems.
• Work location: Berlin.
• Hands-on attitude, if there needs to be work done, it will be done.
• Great communication skills (verbal and written) especially in German.
