(Key) Account Manager SaaS & E-commerce (f/m/d)

Every year, more than 20% of retail goods are returned or simply never sell. This creates billions of costs for retailers and tons of unnecessary waste for the environment. Our mission is to make retail more sustainable by optimizing returns and overstock management; we turn waste into sustainable profits. To accomplish this, we built an innovative system throughout the whole reverse supply chain to resell returns and overstock to new customers and consumers, redirecting every item to its next best home!


This position is ideal for candidates with previous experience in account management, sales or purchasing, especially in the e-commerce and SaaS market in DACH. As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of maintaining relations with our key customers in the DACH region and Eastern Europe as well as supporting the prospecting and onboarding of new accounts. You will drive our B2B sales to the next level strategically developing our product portfolio in accordance with our suppliers’ capabilities and our customers’ needs. We expect a professional with autonomy and self-accountability, full of creative ideas and a great attitude. Important for us:

• Languages: German (Full Working Proficiency/Native) and English (Advanced/Native), additional languages are a plus.

Your profile & qualifications

• +3 years experience in Account Management, B2B sales or B2B customer relations management in the SaaS or E-commerce market.
• Technology affine - knowledge of sales tools such as Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Slack, is a plus.
