Founded in 1973, our dynamic and innovative service bank has a full banking license and brings the decades of experience of an established German credit institution to the table. In processing both loan portfolios and receivables of selected borrowers, it combines performance strength and competent advice with efficient solutions. Since 2019, the bank has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raisin and has been operating under the name Raisin Bank AG since August 2019.
Team
At Raisin Bank, our risk controllers are pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and managing potential and current risks through thorough research and assessment. They continuously enhance risk management processes, create custom frameworks tailored to RSB business lines, and support various initiatives and projects with their expertise, ensuring effective and strategic risk control.
Your Responsibilities
- You will identify potential risks to the bank through comprehensive research and assessment.
- You will evaluate and analyse various risk factors to proactively address emerging risks.
- You will evaluate existing risk management processes and programs for effectiveness.
- You will modify and enhance the risk management framework to ensure optimal risk control.
- You will develop and curate a customised risk management framework aligned with the business lines of Raisin Bank.
- You will contribute to strategic development initiatives to elevate our risk controlling practices.
- You will apply high-level analytical skills to gauge and interpret risks accurately.
- You will engage in project work related to risk controlling, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new control concepts and enhance risk management strategies.
Your Profile
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in risk controlling, ILAAP, and risk reporting.
- Your strong understanding of European and German banking regulations is a key asset.
- You have proven experience in liquidity, market, and interest rate risk management.
- Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills are standout qualities.
- Your excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organisational skills are highly effective.
- You possess a very good understanding of the financial industry, banking products, and processes.
- Your technical competence and openness are evident in adapting to new challenges.
- You are fluent in English and German
