As a Sales and Partner Manager at Qdrant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our commercial offerings. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, while effectively promoting and selling our managed cloud and on-premise solutions. Your efforts will contribute to expanding our customer base, revenue, and market presence.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for Qdrant's managed cloud and enterprise on-premise solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Qdrant's offerings can address their specific requirements.
- Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances, to extend Qdrant's market reach.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-defined sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion to ensure a consistent sales flow.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Qdrant's products to potential customers and partners.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals while ensuring that contractual terms are mutually beneficial.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to align customer requirements with product development and enhancements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful sales and partner management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Knowledge of open-source software and databases is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, database solutions, and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
