We help businesses take advantage of AI with technologies like semantic search, matching, and recommendations. We are developing vector search technology that will allow everyone to use the state-of-the-art neural network encoders at the production scale. Our Projects

Our main project is the open-source Vector Search Engine Qdrant.

In addition to open-source development, we are also involved in implementing completes a cycle of AI solution development. We plan to evolve towards SaaS solutions to make vector search technology available to companies of all sizes.


Qdrant is seeking an experienced VP of Product Marketing & Growth to join as a key member of the Executive team. This role will have a significant impact by driving awareness of the Qdrant brand, and acquisition of new adopters. You will help us to shape the go-to-market strategy and take care of our open-source community growth. Ideal candidates will have experience defining and executing a high-performing marketing strategy, with particular strengths in demand generation, content and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the target customer and market for the company's products
  • Define the value proposition and messaging for the company's products, and ensure they are consistently communicated across all channels
  • Lead the open-source community management and growth.
  • Manage partnerships and drive bizdev efforts.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates
  • Create and manage product marketing collateral, such as tech content, case studies, and product demos
  • Analyze and report on product performance, and use insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Represent the company and its products at industry events and conferences.


  • 5+ years experience of developing and executing marketing strategie. Ecpecially with B2D approch.
  • Technical understanding is a must. Experience working with deep-tech or developer-focused products is a big plus.
  • Experience in sales and bizdev.
  • Results-orientation and drive to win; solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, and able to prioritize and re-prioritize based on changing business needs
  • Experience with open-source technologies and communities is preferred.
