As we continue to grow, we are seeking our first Product Marketing hire.

Tasks

In this role, you will be a key driver in positioning and promoting our products, focusing on creating compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities include independently developing and executing innovative product marketing tactics and campaigns across various channels, refining the product's value proposition through continuous iteration, and enabling the sales team with the necessary resources, content, and collateral for success. Additionally, you will champion customer advocacy by developing case studies and testimonials to showcase the value of our products.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development of a robust product marketing function, driving strategic product positioning and maximizing adoption across key customer profiles.
  • Craft clear, compelling value propositions and positioning strategies that resonate with users at every stage of their journey, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Create and execute tailored product marketing strategies for both Sales-led and Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, positioning Qdrant as the go-to solution in the vector database space.
  • Develop a suite of high-impact content, collateral materials, and resources that empower the GTM team to effectively drive product adoption, user engagement, and market success.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive positioning, strategic alignment, and clear communication of priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover key differentiators, enabling the development of messaging that clearly sets Qdrant apart from alternatives.
  • Produce detailed case studies and success stories that highlight the real-world impact and key features of Qdrant’s products.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to perform rigorous customer and market research, ensuring that marketing strategies are deeply informed by user needs and market trends.
  • Provide the GTM team with comprehensive training and resources, ensuring they are fully prepared to effectively sell and promote Qdrant’s offerings.
  • Craft blog posts featuring specific concepts or features of Qdrant to increase visibility of the full breadth of Qdrant’s capabilities.
  • Constantly identify opportunities to better position our products and features across our web properties.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience targeted at a technical audience.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical background and/or experience in positioning databases, search engines, and/or vector search technology.
  • Strong content writing and content marketing experience.
  • Experience as a data scientist or software engineer is a plus.
  • Experience in sales enablement is a plus.
  • Independent and motivated by new challenges.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented.
