As a Finance Associate (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development and implementation of an effective strategic direction for the company in the financial area. You will work closely with the founding team and other executives to define and achieve long-term financial goals. In doing so, you will establish important protocols and workflows to help the company achieve rapid growth.

Your mission at ProteinDistillery:

• Development of financial strategy to support company growth, including capital structure, financing options, risk assessment, and cash flow management
• Support in managing and maintaining existing investor relationships, setting up reporting, workflows, and protocols for monitoring economic success
• Analysis of the company's financial performance to provide informed strategic recommendations to the founding team
• Monitoring and revising strategic plans, identifying financial risks and minimizing them
• Active role in due diligence and negotiation of new financing rounds, as well as collaboration with investors and external stakeholders

Your profile

• Experience in the areas of finance, consulting, and business development is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and advanced financial modeling knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
