About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its customer success strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that the customers get the maximum profit from working with our portfolio company and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A German ConTech company focused on reinventing building material procurement processes to overcome supply chain issues. The well-funded startup is led by experienced founders on a mission to uncover the untapped potential of global sourcing.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be responsible for renewing and expanding the product through the customers, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from working with the company
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers, aligning the features and business advantages to their needs
  • Always be one step ahead, identifying risks for customers and proactively addressing them with a mitigation plan
  • Strive for full utilisation of customer orders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence
  • Network between customers and departments, maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance the strategic direction of the company’s development

Your Profile

  • Familiar with B2B customer development - ideally in the customer success field - and tracking all customer needs
  • Used to working in a fast-paced, international environment and can manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Have experience with (CRM/CSM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), (optional) accounting tools (e.g. DATEV), and (optional) logistics tools (e.g. TMS/TNT)
  • Optional: Have already gained experience in project management
  • Completed your studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in German, and English as an addition, French skills are a plus

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
