Sales Development Representative (SDR) ● The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will follow a predefined sales model and be responsible for opening opportunities with key decision-makers across a variety of industries. The SDR will work closely with the Marketing Director who will devise a bi-weekly campaign for you to maximize your earnings. Ambitious salespeople with a strong track record should apply for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing team and business with offices in Ireland and South Africa.

THE ROLE ● Learn a new sales process and use it to generate new sales opportunities via outbound calling, emailing and social prospecting. ● Identify customer needs and opportunities ● Develop and manage a pipeline of viable opportunities ● Effectively leverage CRM tools to work systematically through deals ● Exceed revenue targets with a strategic outbound sales approach ● Set qualified appointments for the Account Executive team to demo the ProcurementExpress platform solution to key decision-makers ● Develop strategies to address industry issues and challenges encountered ● Become proficient using the ProcurementExpress platform ● Prepare and present regular weekly and monthly sales reports ● Attend regular coaching session and sales meetings


THE PROFILE ● A commanding desire to learn and succeed in technology sales ● Proven track record of generating qualified appointments and experience in technology would be considered as a plus ● Great phone manner and accustomed to making a minimum of 80+ outbounds per day (a combination of calls, emails, social prospecting) ● Ambitious, process-driven and results-oriented ● Ability to self-manage, disciplined and motivated ● Ability to work remotely Monday to Friday, 9.00 -5.30 EST ● Reliable Internet ( laptop, etc) test test
