Your mission

As a Operation Manager at Processand, you will play a crucial role in managing our Prague office and supporting with operational activities for both the Prague and the Munich office. You will be the backbone of our company, working closely with various departments for business administration and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Support: You support the whole team (Munich and Prague) but also all different departments in various organizational activities.
  • Operational Support: Perform detailed analyses of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Business Administrative Support: Track Cash flow and working closely with operation to create financial forecasts and operation performance report.
  • Accounting Support: Support the accounts payables and accounts receivables process. You are the interface to our tax consultant.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiating with suppliers to secure best prices and terms.
  • Event Planning: Organizing meetings, conferences and office events including logistics and accommodations.
  • Facilities Management: Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and pleasant for employees.

    Your profile

  • Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and maintain efficiency in office operations.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, situations and office dynamics
  • Technology proficiency: Comfortable using office software and solid MS Office skills. Willingness to learn new software.
  • Fluent in English, CZECH is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude: Willingness to take initiative, identify areas for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the office.
  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role or project management
  • Strong skills in working with financial figures and budget development.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, finance, economy or related field
  • Sound knowledge or experience in Project Management.
  • Experience with financial and accounting reporting.
