PMM Workforce Management Ltd is a well-established international staffing agency with multiple offices and branches worldwide.
As a strategic partner in workforce solutions across Europe and the Middle East, we operate in various industrial sectors, such as Construction, Oil, Energy, and others.

As part of our expansion in the healthcare recruitment sector, we are seeking an experienced Business Developer to drive new business opportunities and build relationships with private and public healthcare institutions.

The goal is to identify and acquire as customers clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East interested in our international medical staffing services.

Tasks

  • Develop new business opportunities in healthcare recruitment, targeting clinics, hospitals, and medical centers.
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with HR decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Promote and sell medical staffing solutions for internationally sourced doctors and nurses.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best match between client needs and available medical professionals.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with healthcare institutions.
  • Attend industry events and trade fairs to expand the network and strengthen PMM’s brand presence in healthcare recruitment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or medical recruitment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in building commercial relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare groups.
  • Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close staffing contracts.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, Italian or Arabic are a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Strong results orientation, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle complex negotiations.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
