Tasks

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

As our Application Manager / IT Administator (m/f/d) you will proactively shape our IT landscape and maintain the existing IT enviroment together with the team. You contribute significantly to a data-driven decision-making basis, which translates to a result-oriented and efficient way of working throughout the company.

AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU WILL

  • Work with the team on evaluation, roll-out & managment of software applications/tools
  • Be one of the contact persons for internal requests
  • Be one of the key users for several internal core applications: e.g. finance apps, BI / data analysis, task management / knowledge management & service desk tools, VoIP services
  • Be responsible for incident, change, release & transition as well as configuration management (IT service management)
  • Independently identify the potential for improvements and prepare the basis for decision-making
  • Take ownership of requirements recording, evaluation & fulfillment
  • Participate in roll-out and migration projects
  • Support with IS-Management System according to ISO 27001

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • Our ideal candidate has a completed education witha focus on IT (e.g. HTL, university)
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an IT administrator or application manager or comparable activity, preferably in the cloud environment (e.g. CRM, task / knowledge management)
  • You have already collected experience in network, hardware and software installation and configuration
  • Database (SQL) and interface know-how are an advantage
  • Experience with IT Security Management is a plus
  • You are a team player with hands-on mentality as well as being communicative and projactive
  • You have excellent English language skills
  • German language skills and additional certificates are nice to have

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 35,000.- to € 49,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
