Service Manager Medical Devices (Full-time)

For our MUNICH office, we are looking for a detail-oriented Service Manager. You will manage installations, service, and training for our customers. This includes on-site duties as well as remote work. An essential part of this role includes the management of all incoming service requests as well as delegating and directing service tasks.

• Managing service team and tasks to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Performing installations, updates, and repairs of PIUR products on-site and remotely
• Delegating and executing service tasks, manage the progress of service tickets
• Training customers on-site and remotely
• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally
• Supporting quality management
• Setting up and maintaining a service desk
• Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer experience
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to reduce recurring issues

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical-medical field and/or relevant work experience
• Excellent German (C2) and English skills (C1)
• High willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong interest in working with physicians in a clinical environment
• Interest in medical imaging, especially ultrasound
• Good technical understanding
• High levels of independence and self-organization
• Strong problem-solving skills
