What you do

• Find and hire exceptional engineers
• Give ultra-sharp assessment of tech skills, performance, and Picnic fit of candidate
• Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
• Boost our tech brand and improve visibility in tech communities and the academic world

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 months as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent writing, speaking and listening skills in English - any other languages is a plus
• Creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition
• Passion for people, recruitment, and great candidate experience
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about different technologies
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
