At Picnic, we’re revolutionizing the way people buy groceries with our innovative and sustainable app-only service. We do almost everything in-house, developing cutting-edge technologies and processes to ensure we continue to grow rapidly without missing a beat. If you’re a passionate Marketing student, we’re offering you the opportunity to join the diverse team at our Amsterdam HQ and make a real difference in our scale-up environment.

🥜 In a nutshell

Within Picnic, we create every feature, campaign or optimization from the needs and wants of our customer. As a marketing intern you will work in our Customer Team, the team responsible for all Picnic’s marketing, customer proposition and experience. You will support the team by creating campaigns, defining specific customer segments to optimise our communication targeting, measure the effect of campaigns with AB-tests and create a communication strategy to send the right communications at the right time. After the execution of our marketing campaigns you will help in analysing results to come up with improvements and identify future opportunities.

In the role of marketing intern you will work closely together with our customer communications coordinators, campaign managers, analysts and creatives to ensure all our campaigns are worked out in great detail.

You are equally creative and analytical and have a great eye for detail and dedication for a perfect execution. You enjoy spotting opportunities to improve our current campaigns and support in the execution, from our holiday campaigns (Christmas, Easter) to our famous statistics campaign, activations, recipe campaigns, product promotions, direct mail campaigns and much more.
