Full Stack Developer (m/w/d)

At Pflegia we are building and operating an innovative job matching platform, which intelligently brings together caregivers and healthcare employers. Our vision is to become Europe's leading job platform for nursing professions and to fight the nursing crisis! Therefore we are looking for reinforcement to build up our internal web development department. Become part of the team and shape the nursing job market together with us!

• Designing, developing and implementing our website, including our interfaces and services
• Continuous further development of our frontend and backend application as well as the content management systems used
• Designing and expanding our application architecture and development infrastructure in accordance with the IT target architecture
• Working independently and on your own responsibility in interdisciplinary, agile development teams
• Coordinate development activities and manage internal and external developer capacities in the area of full-stack development
• Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of projects and measures
• You are constantly developing our web application and our software applications further
• You are responsible for our frontend and backend
• You will work closely with others from our young and agile software development team

• You have multiple years of experience working with React, Node.js and SQL
• Ideally, you have experience using NextJS, NestJS and GraphQL
• Ideally, you have experience with Nx and CI/CD pipelines
• You work in a structured, independent and self-motivated way
• You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the field of web development.
