As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Pexapark’s marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress) and ensure it is best in class. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to drive operational efficiency and revenue by analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who would like to build a strong career in Marketing Operations.

• Administer the marketing tech stack, iterating on the systems so that
  they best fit our Marketing team’s needs
• Develop automations, data segmentations in order to help marketing
  target the right audience while maintaining data cleanliness and completeness
• Build and maintain reports & dashboards and analyse campaign performance
  from Google Analytics, Pardot and Salesforce
• Work closely with our Sales Operations and Sales teams to ensure the
  right processes and tools are in place
• Facilitate training, develop documentation for optimal usage of the
  tools within the Marketing team
• Analyse campaign performance, recommend and implement strategic changes
  in order to improve our marketing efforts

• 2-4 years of Marketing Operations or related experience
• 2-4 years of Pardot administration experience and strong Salesforce
  comprehension
• Proficiency in administering marketing automations tools (Pardot
  Preferred)
• You love to dive into data and extract insights
• Business proficiency in English A good sense of humour
