We are looking for a highly ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As Product Marketing Manager, you will lead on strategic marketing for our PPA Pricing Software and promote this solution across global renewables markets. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Founders, Product Managers, Sales and the PPA Advisory team to translate technical concepts and features into inspiring product positioning, messaging, and value proposition. 

  • Messaging. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our solution 
  • Content. Own and create content (such as e.g. infographics, white papers, user guides, web content, sales documentation, product videos, release announcements, blog posts, leadership pieces, case studies, webinars) 
  • Sales enablement. Partner with product management and the sales team to communicate the value proposition of the product. Produce internal sales enablement collateral: playbooks, fact sheets, sales scripts, solution presentations, training material, and solution briefs 
  • Launches. Plan the launch of new features and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan 
  • Freemium Strategy. Create and implement marketing strategies to increase the conversion rate between our freemium and premium plans 
  • Strategy. Create end-to-end product market strategy, including market segmentation, product positioning, competitive analysis, buyer personas, user personas, and product launch plans 
  • Account-Based Marketing. Identify target accounts and create personalised marketing campaigns to increase sales pipeline. 
  • Thought leader. Act as a thought leader by communicating to partners, organizing seminars, conducting briefings, demonstrating the solution and presenting at Pexapark events 
  • Partnerships. Seek out and evaluate new partnership opportunities and manage Pexapark’s current strategic partnerships.


  • Experience in a Product Marketing role in the SaaS enterprise software space 
  • Solid experience in price reporting (PRAs) E.g. ICIS, S&P, Argus, etc. (mandatory)
  • An obsession with data. You dig into data for your own analyses to make decisions and tie actions to business metrics.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a technical discipline; MBA desirable
  • Strong sense of ownership and a "whatever it takes" attitude towards getting stuff done
  • Comfortable operating under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent action
  • Stellar ability to collaborate with others in a team environment
  • A good sense of humour
