We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with companies in the US and Canada, preferably in the manufacturing sector. This is a freelance role offering remote work with an initial on-site engagement in Wisconsin to kick off the project.

Tasks

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and Onboarding, to meet the company's specific needs.
  • Conduct initial on-site consultation in Wisconsin for project kickoff, including requirement gathering and initial setup.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimal solutions for SAP SuccessFactors implementation within the manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
  • Customize SuccessFactors solutions to align with business processes and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with US and Canadian regulations and standards in all configurations and implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central and Onboarding.
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for US and Canadian companies.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel to Wisconsin for an initial on-site engagement (3 days).
