Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic Partnership Manager to help build and maintain business relationships with major brands and retailers in the following categories; Fashion, Home & Living and Health & Beauty.

You will have a good eye for trends in your relevant categories, work independently on acquisition of new partners and support them reaching their goals, whilst always considering our community needs. You will work in tangent with the editorial team to secure the best deals possible from partners within your category for our community.

As part of the partnership management team, this role reports directly to the Head of Partnerships for UK.

Tasks

  • Proactively develop and enrich the existing partnerships within your designated categories.
  • Onboard new partners to contribute to the growth of Hotukdeals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers internally and externally and share developments and market insights with all stakeholders.
  • Understand our ‘community first’ methodology and adapt your sales approach accordingly.
  • Work with other departments within Pepper (product, design, marketing etc) to bring new ideas and products to the market which will benefit our partners.
  • Regular interact with your international counterparts (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands & Poland) to drive global marketing campaigns for our partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years affiliate marketing experience.
  • You already have significant experience dealing with retail partnerships from previous key account management and/or sales development roles.
  • Have a proactive approach to work with a high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, be presentable and confident to conduct business on email, phone and in person.
  • You are self-motivated, are able to work on your own but also contribute to the team and office atmosphere.
  • Good academic background preferred.
