We’re looking for an Ecosystem Success Manager to take full ownership of ensuring the success and growth of our ecosystem. Your role will focus on nurturing relationships within our ecosystem, supporting partners and developers, and ensuring that all stakeholders have the resources and support they need to thrive. You will act as a bridge between peaq and its ecosystem participants, driving engagement, satisfaction, and success..

What you bring to the table

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, portfolio management, ecosystem management, or a related field, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
  • Ability to grasp and translate complex concepts and to communicate them in an understandable way.
  • Experience in customer success management in a very diverse and complex context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications. Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Deep interest in decentralized technologies, blockchain, and the Economy of Things.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Things you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem participants, including developers, businesses, and partners.
  • Provide support and resources to help ecosystem participants succeed, including technical assistance, documentation, and best practices.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new ecosystem participants, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
  • Gather feedback from the ecosystem to inform product development, support improvements, and overall strategy.
  • Foster a sense of community among ecosystem participants through events, forums, and other engagement activities.
  • Advocate for the needs and interests of ecosystem participants within the broader organization.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to ecosystem engagement and success, using data to drive continuous improvement.
