Team Lead Paid Media (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Lead and develop a team consisting of trainees, juniors and managers (3-6 people) within our Performance Advertising department
• Support our national and international clients and optimise their paid social, search, shopping and display campaigns
• Design, optimise and strategically develop client campaigns in order to grow together with your clients
• Take care of the further development of your team through mentoring and training
• Support our Head of PPC in internal and external workshops as well as in consulting new clients
• Provide technical support for client pitches
• Continuously develop and transfer knowledge in social advertising and in the work with relevant tools

Your profile

• At least three years of professional experience in PPC and social advertising, preferably in an agency environment
• Convince with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for the field of paid advertising
• Several years of experience with the tools and technologies used in paid advertising (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, bid management, 3rd party tracking tools)
• Excellent knowledge of the advertising interfaces of Facebook & Instagram as well as other channels such as Twitter, XING, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
• Analytical approach and extensive knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Initial experience in managing employees and relevant Jira knowledge are a plus
